Terms and Conditions
- This Award will be governed by the standard terms and conditions. Each participant agrees that He/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms.
- Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information as stated in these terms and conditions, failure to submit proof of identification will automatically disqualify the participant. Secret Sauce Communications and Jury Members shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified because of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason.
- Secret Sauce Communications reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Award, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability.
- Secret Sauce Communications reserves the right to use the Award winner’s image, photograph, name and likeness in post-promotion publicity material.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Award, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- In addition to these terms & conditions, other specific terms may be imposed by Secret Sauce Communications from time to time to deal with any unforeseen situation. Secret Sauce Communications also reserves the absolute right to change the terms and conditions contained herein and, or, any other rules and regulations in respect of the Awards at any time without any notice, the itinerary, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.
- Secret Sauce Communications may extend, terminate or suspend the Awards at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
- The participant(s) hereby give express permission to Secret Sauce Communications to freely distribute its submission only to jury members. Material sent to Secret Sauce Communications including feedback and other communications of any kind as well as submission of an entry to this Award shall be deemed to be confidential and only for award purposes.
- The participant undertakes to indemnify and keep Secret Sauce Communications harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by Secret Sauce Communications due to a breach of any of the terms and conditions herein contained.
- Each participant must ensure that his or her participation in the Award is lawful per the laws of India. Neither Secret Sauce Communications nor its representatives or agents shall be taken to make any representations express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any participant’s participation in the Award.
- Information will be shared with winner prior to event to attend for the same. The award entry fee is non-negotiable. All award entries have an open agenda to attend the event on the date of event. The award pictures maybe used for next year on microsite and other promotions – the event will be covered and documented with video and photography and if something is not to be used, Secret Sauce team to be informed on the same in advance.
- The award will be given for the period of Jan 1st 2023 – Dec 31st 2024 and not for anything done earlier.
